Warhammer Events at Wiser's Collectibles - Summer Smackdown & 11th Edition Escalation League

Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just getting started in the Mortal Realms or the grim darkness of the far future, we've got two exciting Warhammer events coming up at Wiser's Collectibles.

Warhammer Underworlds: Summer Smackdown

Date: July 12, 2026

Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM (games run until approximately 6:15 PM)

Get ready for a full day of Warhammer Underworlds action at our Summer Smackdown! Players will battle through four best-of-one games using the Nemesis format, with the latest FAQ and official rules in effect.

With the Spitewood Organized Play Kit, every participant will walk away with something. We will also be providing additional prize support. Top players from the Chaos and Destruction Grand Alliances will have the chance to win Warbands as bonus prizes.

Event Schedule

  • 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM: Game 1
  • 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM: Lunch Break
  • 1:45 PM – 3:15 PM: Game 2
  • 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM: Game 3
  • 4:45 PM – 6:15 PM: Game 4

Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition Escalation League

League Starts: August 28, 2026

Entry Fee: $20

With Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition on the horizon, we're launching a brand-new Escalation League designed for both new and experienced players.

The league will run from August through November, giving players the opportunity to build and paint their armies while gradually increasing their forces over several months.

League Format

  • Start with a 500-point army
  • Increase your army size by 500 points each month
  • League runs from August through November

Whether you're starting a brand-new army or finally getting that pile of shame onto the tabletop, this is a great way to stay motivated and get regular games in.

Prizes

Every player's $20 entry fee goes directly into the prize pool as store credit. We'll also be giving away additional prizes throughout the league, so there will be plenty of opportunities to win while you play.
